Holly’s Education Hub is a small, welcoming learning space for children aged 4 – 11, based in my home in the rural village of Burham. Nestled on the southern side of the North Downs, between the hills and the River Medway, it is conveniently located between Rochester and Maidstone, with easy access from both the M2 and M20.
Our conservatory has been thoughtfully transformed into a dedicated learning environment designed to feel calm, inspiring, and supportive. With over 15 years’ experience teaching and tutoring children, in mainstream, independent and SEN settings, I am passionate about creating a nurturing space where learning is fun and children can thrive.
Lessons are split into four categories:
All things Home Ed, 11+ Tutoring, Book Club and Maths in Motion.
Lessons are taught in small groups of a maximum of 4 – perfect for getting the discussion going whilst maintaining personalised teaching.
KS1 – 50 minute sessions £26
KS2 – 1 hour sessions £32
All Home Ed lessons – 1 hour sessions £30
About Me
Hi, I’m Holly, and I’m so pleased you’ve taken the time to learn more about Holly’s Education Hub.
The Hub is an exciting new venture launching in August 2026, although I am by no means new to education. I have been a qualified Primary School teacher for the past 15 years, working across mainstream, independent, and special educational needs settings, teaching children throughout all Key Stages. This experience has given me an in depth understanding of the National Curriculum, age-related expectations and child development. Alongside my teaching career, I have also tutored, supporting individuals to gain confidence and reach their full potential.
This could be prior to booking to see the learning space, for you and your child to meet me, discuss your child’s needs and your goals and see if Holly’s Education Hub is a good fit for you.
It could be after you have booked, prior to your child’s first session, so that when they start, they are comfortable in their surroundings and know what to expect.
